When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, business name, the service you're asking about, and your message.

We don't collect payment details on this site, and we don't run background tracking beyond basic, privacy-respecting page analytics.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That means reading your message, replying to you, and — if you become a client — delivering the service you asked for.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored securely in our database and emailed to hello@upbuildr.com so a real person on our team can reply.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, and email delivery) — and only so the site can function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as there's an active conversation or working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back.

If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see below.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely.
